How to pay
On enrolment you will receive information to set up your bank account through Debitsuccess where your fees will be direct debited.
Payment of fees
- Long day care/Integrated 4yr Kindergarten & 3yr Pre Kindergarten Program – Invoices will be issued fortnightly at the start of the week via email and your account will be direct debited fortnightly on a Friday
- Sessional 4yr Kindergarten & 3yr Pre Kindergarten Program – Invoices will be issued prior to the commencement of the following term. (E.g. Invoice will be sent at the end of Term 1 for the payment of Term 2)
Bond
- Long Day Care : Parents/guardians are required to pay a two week full fee bond on offer of a place. The bond payment which is to be paid before commencement via direct debit. This will secure the child’s place in the child care centre, this payment is retained until the child ceases care. The bond is used for any outstanding fees or is reimbursed to the family.*Health care card bond does not apply.
- 4yr Sessional Kindergarten (Funded) : To secure your position for the following year half of the term fee will need to be paid. This payment is deducted from your term fee and the outstanding amount will be paid prior to commencement of Term 1. If you start during the year (e.g. Term 2) you will pay the full term amount immediately on offer of your position.
- 4yr Integrated Kindergarten : Same bond as Long Day Care, please see above. *Health care card bond does not apply
- 3yr Pre Kindergarten Program (Unfunded) : To secure your position for the following year half of the term fee will need to be paid. This payment is deducted from your term fee and the outstanding amount will be paid prior to commencement of Term 1. If you start during the year (e.g. Term 2) you will pay the full term amount immediately on offer of your position.
