Families are required to fill out a Centralised Waiting List Application form to go onto the waiting list. Families are able to either pick up a form at the centre, City of Darebin website (see link below) or customer service centres (see below). The application form needs to be filled out and returned with any fee or documentation required to the address on the form or a customer service centre.
Childcare
To commence child care a child must be from 6 months.
Child Care Centres in Darebin offer full-time and part-time care for children up to school entry age.
CCS and JETCCFA applies.
Please see Centrelink to see if you are entitled to any subsides. A minimum of 2 days is required. Care anytime between 7am – 6pm

3yr Pre Kindergarten Program
A child must be three years old on or before 30 April in the year that they are to attend the program.
This is a program designed to meet the developmental, social, emotional, language and listening skills of young children who have turned 3 years old.
Children attend 7 hours per week on a Wednesday.
4 year FUNDED Kindergarten
A child must be four years old on or before 30 April in the year that they are to attend the program.
This is a 1 year, State Government subsidised, program available for children the year before they begin school. Children attend 15 hours per week. We offer two groups, Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday.
